Our weekly hypnobirthing courses in Herne Hill, South London, are designed to help you and your birth partner feel calm, confident, and fully prepared for the journey ahead.
In a supportive and relaxed setting, you’ll learn how to manage fears, understand what’s happening in your body during labour, harness the power of your hormones, and explore how your mind can shape your birth experience. It’s also a lovely opportunity to connect with other expectant parents — and to get excited for your baby’s arrival!

The Bold Birth courses
For any birth - home birth, hospital, induction, caesarean; because at the heart of it all, you deserve to feel informed, safe, and respected.
1 hour taster
This is a relaxed, in-person 1-hour taster session designed to give you and your birth partner a feel for the full course — and a chance to ask questions, meet me, and see if it’s the right fit for you.
1 x 60-minute session
In-person: South East London (Herne Hill)
£15 per space (includes you and your birth partner)
A friendly intro to the course content, teaching style, and space — with time to chat, myth-bust a few birth basics.
4 week course
This is the full, in-person course where you and your birth partner get everything you need to feel fully prepped, informed and confident ahead of birth.
4 x 2.5 hour sessions
In-person: South East London (Herne Hill)
£350 per space (includes you and your birth partner)
Small group sizes, relaxed atmosphere, plenty of chat — and a whole lot of myth-busting
